Metal casting
In our workshop, we are equipped with state-of-the-art 4.0 metal casting machinery, allowing us to work with both brass and zamak. Casting brass allows us to create high-quality objects with precise details and impeccable finishes, ideal for fashion accessories and technical components.
On the other hand, zamak casting is particularly advantageous for large-scale production, such as buttons and fashion accessories, because it allows us to cut costs without compromising quality. In addition, we have microcasting, a process that makes prototyping extremely fast.
Using this technology, we are able to produce prototypes in a matter of hours, enabling us to show them quickly to our customers before moving on to large production runs with castings. This approach allows us to respond promptly to requests, ensuring fast and efficient service.

Polishing
Once the piece has been made, a new and delicate process begins: cleaning. This step is crucial, as it gives the final touch to the product. After the piece has been degreased and treated in tumblers, mechanized cleaning processes are used, which facilitate the initial work. However, the last stage is manual, in which skilled hands use manual micro-mandrels or specific polishing brushes to perfect the surface.
This painstaking work ensures that the metals shine, removing any imperfections or residue, such as tin. The end result is a flawless, ready-to-use piece with unparalleled quality and shine. Cleaning is, therefore, a key step in achieving an excellent end result.
OUR IN-HOUSE ELECTROPLATING

This is a phase of our workmanship that requires great skill and precision to achieve flawless results. In parallel, we also have the department of threaders, experts who thread necklaces of pearls, crystals or beads to create custom creations for our customers. The threaders take care of every detail of threading, ensuring that each element is threaded with the utmost care, resulting in elegant and durable jewelry. The work of the setters and threaders is essential to making high-quality jewelry, meeting the specific needs of each client.
